Reporting Security Issues

Users and administrators of Kasm Technologies products may wish to report potential security and/or privacy issues or concerns. This may include potential vulnerabilities in products or services created and/or maintained by Kasm Technologies.

Clients should submit a ticket to https://www.kasmweb.com/support with a title of “Security Support” and a Support Subscription of “Enterprise“.

Enter detailed information about the nature of the incident, issue, or concern. An internal ticket will be created and forwarded to our security team.
